How to Cook Crispy Pig Head (Crispy Ulo) Super crispy talaga


Crispy Pig Head
( CRISPY ULO)

Ingredients:
Pig head (half)
onion 1 pc medium
garlic 1 head
bay leaf
lemon grass
salt 2 tbsp
ground pepper

Procedure:
1. Clean the pig head very well.
2. Boil pig head together with all ingredients
for 1 1/2 hour.
3. Place in the freezer for atleast 2-3 hours
4. Rub salt and vinegar before deep frying
5. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce
