This Filipino dish made of sauteed togue or bean sprouts is a dish that you can prepare in a snap. Quick and easy to make, budget-friendly, yummy and nutritious. This is my eldest son's favorite veggie.
Ingredients:
1/2 Kilo Togue or Bean Sprouts
1/4 Kilo Pork Meat
3 Small Blocks of Tofu
6 Cloves of Garlic
1 Medium Onion
1 Medium Tomato
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Water
Coconut Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste.
NOTE:
COOKING IS ALL ABOUT YOUR TASTE. JUST ADJUST ACCORDINGLY. 🙂
