How to Cook Sinarsahang Atay at Balunbalunan (Chicken Liver and Gizzards in Sauce)


Here's a recipe of Sinarsahang Atay at Balunbalunan or Chicken Liver and Gizzards in Sauce

INGREDIENTS:
1 medium Onion, sliced
4-5 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 medium Red Bellpepper, cut into strips
1/2 cup Green Peas
115g Tomato Sauce
1/2 kilo Chicken Liver
1/2 kilo Chicken Gizzards

Marinade:
1 cup Sprite or 7up
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1 tsp Black Pepper

NOTE: you can add boiled egg quails
