How to Cook Bopis (Balunan ng Manok)


Magandang araw po sa lhat , ngayon ipapakita ko nman sa inyo ang npakasimpleng🌿🌳💓 paggawa at pagluluto ng pobis hindi laman loob ng baboy kundi BALUNAN 🍛po Ito ng Manok, sa mga Hindi mahilig sa baboy tulad nmin gayahin nyo po Ito, Sa aking Mga lutuin hindi po kayo makakakita ng sobrang daming sangkap , simply lng po pero sure n masarap at masustansiya sundin nyo lng po ang Mga sangkap at sukat, Kung mahilig kau sa sili puwede nyo dagdagan

Ingredient:

Chicken Gizzard / Balunan ng Manok
1 tbsp Ground Pepper
3 tbsp Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Vinegar
Aswete
Salt
Onions
Garlic
Lauril
Ginger
Carrots
Bell pepper
Chili
