Chicken Hamonado is a delicious Filipino chicken stew that I make for my family on any day that we crave for it. It involves cooking chicken slices in pineapple juice and pineapple slices. This is also our favorite recipe for Noche Buena.
Ingredients:
3/4 kl chopped chicken
1 can pineapple juice
1 can pineapple slices
3pcs kalamansi
3 cloves garlic
3 tbsp white sugar
salt & pepper to taste
1 chicken knor cubes
