How to Cook Ginataang Langka


Ginataang langka, is a Filipino vegetable stew made from unripe jackfruit in coconut milk and spices. The dish includes a wide variety of secondary ingredients like seafood, meat, and other vegetables. The dish also commonly adds bagoong alamang and may be spiced with chilis or soured with vinegar.

Ingredients

500g langka
500g coconut milk
250g pork
1 small onion
3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
2 green chilis
1/2 cup dilis
1 tbsp fish sauce
2 red chilis
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
