Manok sa Dahon ng Saging, Bagong Recipe ito Gawin mo at Napakasarap, Mabango at Masustansya!


Tama na muna ang Tinola, Fried Chicken at Adobong Manok. Bakit di mo subukan ang dish na ito na pinaghalo halo ang mga gulay na may natural na pampaasim tulad ng kamias. Walang mantika dahil tinanggalan ng balat ang manok para sa mas healthier dish. Napakasarap, lasap na lasap ang asim at lasa ng mga gulay na isinahog dito. Dinagdagan pa ng dahon ng saging. Gusto mo ng manok pero may sabaw? Subukan mga kaMU ang bagong recipe na ito. Masarap na, healthy pa!


Mga Sangkap na Ginamit sa Recipe na ito:
3/4 kilo chicken/manok
1 pc onion/sibuyas
1/2 cup sliced ginger/luya
3-4 pcs tomato/kamatis
1-2 pcs long chili/siling haba (optional)
10 pcs or more tree cucumber/ kamias
2 pcs red chili (siling labuyo) optional
1 stalk lemon grass/ tanglad
1/2 spoon salt /asin
1/2 spoon ground pepper/ paminta
3 tbsp fish sauce/ patis (adjust according to taste)
3 cups water / tubig (adjust as needed)
Banana leaves/dahon ng saging
