How to Cook Paksiw na Isda


This Paksiw na Isda Recipe is simply fish cooked in vinegar and garlic. This seafood dish is best eaten with steamed rice.

Ingredients;
4 pcs of Fish (Galonggong)
3 cloves of Garlic
4 tomatoes
1 finger of Ginger
2 Green Chilis
½ Cup of Vinegar
1 Cup of Water
Salt and Pepper to taste
