Banana Peel Recipe
Ingredients;
7 pcs banana peel (balat ng saging)
2 pcs eggs
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup all purpose flour
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
For the creamy sauce
1 can mushroom (sliced)
1/2 tbsp sugar
1/2 stick butter or 2 tbsp margarine
3 tbsp all purpose flour
2 cups water
